Engineer Bahaa El-Din Shohata, the Chairman of Al-Huda Contracting Company, used to work abroad and returned to Egypt in 2005. He was inspired by the sincerity of the political leadership in transitioning Egypt towards the future, and the belief that Egypt needs the efforts of all its sons and daughters during the phase of construction and development.

The company was founded in April 2005 and applied to participate in the excavation work of the new Suez Canal. I did not think about profit, but rather contributing to making a new history.
